The retreat kitchen is where I get to create all kinds of fun things. My artistic or creative side comes out in my dishes. I work very hard at finding new recipes, so that my guests get to try something new each time they stay with us.

I graduated The Culinary School of Fort Worth in December of 2008. I hold a certificate of completion in culinary arts. I also like working with pastries, although it's not where my passion is.

At my retreat you will be treated to dinner on the day of arrival. Dinner consists of either a soup or salad, main entree and dessert. Whether it's BBQ, Italian, Mexican, Seafood or Home Cooking. You won't go hungry, I promise!
Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings. Continental breakfast includes a variety of cereal, granola, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries.
Lunch on Friday and Saturday. Lunch is a fun time to try new things. It's typically a lighter fare. Assortment of sandwiches, soup, salad, baked potato bar, homemade pizza or brunch items.

Brunch on Sunday
My most requested recipes of all are during brunch. It's become a retreat staple to have my homemade cream cheese biscuits, tomato gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and assortment of jelly, curds and juice.

If you have dietary restrictions, please bring food that you can enjoy throughout the weekend.
